This consent form MUST be completed and returned BEFORE we can provide you with a gate code and/or the RFID tags that will be affixed to the inside of your windshield. The RFID tags will open the arm of the gate automatically.

The consent form will give you the option to have your name listed on the callbox directory or to optout. The directory allows visitors to initiate a call to the resident's phone andconverse with them to grant access to enter the resort.

Once you have completed the form, you can use the blue drop box located outside of the registration office, or the mail drop box located outside of the mail room.
